Families can request a free pregnancy & infant loss book for their family by filling out a form. These are the same books previously offered on the Bereavement Book Carts.

The form is available on all Gemma's Hope Resource Cards currently distributed to all Partner Hospitals.

After filling out a short form, the family will receive a discount code. This code can be used on our store to request a free book. The code will cover the cost of the book + shipping.

There is a current limit of 1 book per family at this time. This limit may be increased as funds allow.

The family can pick out their book, enter the code, and checkout. The book will be mailed directly to their home address.

If they would like additional books, they will be available at-cost and can be added to their cart in the same order.
