• You Are Not Alone Here

If you’ve found your way here because your baby has died, we are so deeply sorry.

There are no words big enough for your grief—but please know this:
Your baby is cherished. Your story matters. And you are not alone.

At Gemma’s Hope, we exist to honor babies gone too soon and to support the families who love them—through resources, care packages, and community.

We hold space in our hearts for your child, and we’re here for you—whether you’re seeking comfort, support, or simply someone to sit with and listen.

You are seen. You are loved. And we’re so glad you found us.

    About Gemma's Hope

Our mission: To support bereaved families with meaningful keepsakes and grief resources, while equipping hospitals with practical perinatal loss materials.

Gemma’s Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Charlotte, dedicated to supporting parents after pregnancy and infant loss.

We believe every baby deserves to be remembered—and every grieving family deserves compassionate, thoughtful care, both in the hospital and beyond.

Through donated care packages, grief books, keepsake materials, and practical resources, we help families create meaningful memories during the most heartbreaking moments. We also partner with hospitals to strengthen bereavement care through training, resources, and hands-on support.
