Meet "Hope": Our New AI Support Companion

Start a Conversation with Hope to Find Support & Resources

· Current Announcements

We're excited to introduce Hope, Gemma's Hope's new AI-powered support companion for individuals and families navigating pregnancy and infant loss.

Grief doesn't follow a schedule. Questions, emotions, and moments of loneliness often come outside of business hours, when friends are asleep or it simply feels difficult to reach out. While Talk to Hope can never replace the compassion of another person, it can provide a safe, judgment-free space to talk, ask questions, and explore resources whenever you need them.

What Talk to Hope Can Help With

Talk to Hope has been thoughtfully designed to support those affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and pregnancy after loss.

She can help you:

  • Find bereavement resources and support organizations
  • Learn about common grief experiences and coping strategies
  • Answer questions about our programs and services
  • Explore keepsakes and memorial options
  • Locate books, podcasts, and other grief resources
  • Simply listen when you need someone to "talk" to
  • Because it's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, support is always just a click away.
  • Created with Compassion

Hope has been customized specifically for Gemma's Hope and our mission. Unlike a general AI chatbot, it is designed to respond with empathy, encourage healthy coping, and connect families with trusted resources whenever possible.

A Helpful Companion—Not a Crisis Service

While Talk to Hope is available anytime, it is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in crisis, please contact your healthcare provider, call 911, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

We hope Hope becomes one more way to remind grieving families that they are never alone.
