Bidding opens at 9:00 PM on November 15th and closes at 9:00 PM on November 22nd.

Strikingly is a store & site builder that allows anyone to create a beautiful website and start selling products within minutes.

Bidding increments are set at approximately 5% of the item’s FMV.

Participants may place multiple bids on an item. Each new bid must exceed the previous one by at least the minimum increment.

All bids and sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided.

Winning bidders payments will be processed automatically at the end of the event. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, you will receive an email and you can try updating your payment method or contacting Gemma's Hope admin (info@gemmas-hope.com). Payment will be reattempted in 48 hours automatically with the payment method on file. After two attempts and payment has not been resolved your winning bid(s) will be forfeited, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

Certain items may include limits on the number of items a single bidder can win or the total amount that may be spent. Please review individual item descriptions for specific restrictions (e.g., travel items are limited to two trips per household).

Some items may have age requirements. Bidders must meet these requirements to participate and win.

All bidders participate at their own risk. Gemma’s Hope is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the auction or use of any auction item.

Gemma’s Hope reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw items without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The highest valid bid received by the close of the auction will determine the winner for each item.

All items are offered as-is, without any warranty, guarantee, or representation, express or implied. Please review item descriptions carefully before bidding.

For certain luxury trips, more than one bidder may win the same experience. If your bid is below the top bid but you agree to pay the highest winning price, you may also receive the trip at that same rate.

Digital or gift certificate items will be mailed out within 48 hours of the close of the auction (if attending the auction in-person you can take it home with you). Information will be relayed to the appropriate entities regarding luxury trips with LuxGive where they will coordinate your future travel plans.

If you won physical items and are not present at the close of the auction, you may choose one of the following options:

Shipping:

• We will use UPS insured shipping.
• A separate invoice for shipping costs will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
• You must pay this invoice within 48 hours of receipt to avoid forfeiting your item.

Local Pickup:

• Pickup is available at Gemma’s Hope Headquarters: 6302 Gold Dust Ct, Charlotte, NC 28269.
• You must schedule your pickup date and time in advance my emailing Gemma's Hope at info@gemmas-hope.com, subject line "Auction Item Pickup - First Name Last Name"
• All pickups must be completed by November 30th at 10:00 PM — no exceptions. If for some reason you cannot pickup your items by this date you may request to have them shipped at your expense (payment for shipping must be received in full prior to November 30th).
• Failure to complete pickup by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the item.
